All our mangoes are natural, hand-picked, and seasonal products. As they are perishable items, slight variation in size, color, and ripeness is normal. We make every effort to deliver fresh, quality produce with every order.
As mangoes are fresh, perishable products, all orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos and we will review your case.
Most orders require advance payment before dispatch. Payment must be made through the approved methods provided at checkout. Orders are only processed once payment is confirmed.
You are required to submit a valid and correct payment slip. If the payment slip is wrong, fake, or cannot be verified, your order will be cancelled without prior notice. Please double-check your payment details before submitting.
Farmer Baskets reserves the right to cancel any order in case of incorrect payment, unavailability of stock, incomplete delivery information, or suspected fraudulent activity. In case of cancellation due to our fault, any advance payment will be refunded.
We deliver across Pakistan through reliable logistics partners. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand. Please ensure your address and contact number are correct, as we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice based on seasonal availability and market conditions. The price confirmed at the time of your order will apply to that order.
